The Archives of Case Reports (ACR) welcomes high-quality submissions related to all fields of clinical medicine. The journal seeks to publish detailed case reports that contribute to the understanding of rare or novel medical conditions, treatment protocols, and clinical interventions. Below are the guidelines for authors wishing to submit their work for publication.

We accept the following types of manuscripts:

Peer Review Process

All submissions to the Archives of Case Reports undergo a double-blind peer-review process. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Each submission will be reviewed by two or more independent experts in the relevant field, and authors will receive the decision following the review.

Accepted manuscripts will be published after necessary revisions, which authors must address according to reviewer feedback. Manuscripts may be accepted, rejected, or returned for revision depending on the quality and relevance of the study.

Manuscript Withdrawal

Authors may withdraw their manuscript before it undergoes the peer-review process. Once the peer-review process has begun, withdrawal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Authors may not withdraw their manuscript once it has been accepted for publication, except under exceptional circumstances.
