Repository Policy
The Archives of Case Reports upholds a transparent and rigorous Repository Policy to ensure that all published articles are preserved, disseminated, and remain accessible for future reference. Our commitment is to maintain a repository that aligns with global standards, ensuring that content published by our journal is available to the global scientific community, researchers, and the public.
All published articles are archived in trusted, reliable, and recognized repositories that follow all required legal and ethical norms. These repositories are designed to facilitate easy access and to ensure long-term preservation of scholarly work. By adhering to this policy, we aim to enhance the visibility and citation potential of each article, fostering the exchange of knowledge.
Authors of Archives of Case Reports retain copyright over their work. They are permitted to deposit their final, peer-reviewed manuscripts in any institutional repository, provided they follow our Open Access Policy. Our policy allows authors to share their research with a broader audience while maintaining their rights over the content.
In cases where articles are updated or corrected, both the original and corrected versions will be available in the archive. If an article is retracted, the repository will display the retraction notice and relevant details. This transparency ensures that readers and researchers are always informed about the status of published articles.
We encourage authors to archive their work in recognized open-access platforms that comply with the journal's repository policy, ensuring that their research remains discoverable, accessible, and contributes to advancements in case report literature.
