Case n° 3: Woman 41 years old who report temporary swelling in her left leg during her first pregnancy 14 years ago and then permanent bilateral swelling during her second pregnancy 3 years late (more marked on the left than on the right): her lymphoscintigraphic investigation was normal at the level of her right lower limb while lymphatic vascular reflux are seen on the left side extending from the inferior inguinal lymph nodes to the inner part of the thigh (« proximal dermal back flow » : see arrows).
